Russia Offers India to Modernize Talwar-Class Guided Missile Frigates

Rosoboronexport (part of the state-owned ROSTEC) plans to make an offer to India to modernize Project 11356 Talwar-class guided-missile frigates constructed by Russia for the Indian Navy, Rosoboronexport Chief Alexander Mikheyev said TASS at the Army-2021 international military-technical event.

"The Russian side had previously offered offers for the modernisation of the provided battleships while they were being repaired. Rosoboronexport and USC [United Shipbuilding Corporation] are prepared to make combined proposals to our partners in 2021.
